Since incorporation under the Companies Act on 1 March 1999, HTL has broadened its customer base beyond just servicing the GDC Environmental Monitoring and Equipment Maintenance Contract. Satisfied clients now include the following:

Over 200 private water supply customers who have wanted their drinking water tested.

16 rural schools in this District who have their water supplies tested on a regular basis.
