Local Analytical Tests available* include:

  1. Meter: Conductivity, pH, Salinity, Fluoride, Turbidity
  2. Titrations: Total Alkalinity, CO2, Total, Calcium and  Magnesium Hardness.
  3. Colorimetric: Free and Total Chlorine, C.O.D
  4. Other Chemicals: B.O.D., Total and floatable Oil and Grease, Total Suspended Solids, TDS, LSI etc. 

Food Product Quality Testing

The rich alluvial soils and sunny climate combine to make Gisborne/East Coast an abundant food producing region. HTL's Food Lab specialises in the following tests*  frequently required by food producers and public agencies responsible for environmental health:
